Funding is in the form of money for services by donations, sponsorship, membership fees or fundraising.
 
Upper Hutt Community Rescue being a private team, derives its income from fund raising activities. These activities are community service based and include such thing as first aid services, static services, and event management.
 
Sponsorship is currently from around our own local area from the businesses and organisations the team is known to.
